This website does not use tracking cookies and does not run analytics of its own. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us:
- Quote requests: your name, location and details of the work you need. These are sent via WhatsApp to our team.
- Phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries: your contact details and any information you provide about your project.
How we use your information
- To prepare quotations and respond to enquiries.
- To arrange, carry out and invoice roofing work.
- To contact you about appointments, guarantees and after-care.
Sharing your information
We never sell your data. We only share information where necessary - for example with suppliers delivering materials for your job, or where we are legally required to do so.
Third-party embeds
This website embeds a Google Maps map to show our service area. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads; see Google's privacy policy for details. Our enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled; WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records only as long as needed for the purposes above - typically up to 6 years where guarantees, invoices or insurance-related work apply.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it.
